Ascending and descending verses in the Book of Revelation
And when the two versions are compared side by side they often coincide in meaning.
There are all together 404 verses in the Book of Revelation.
The second column begins with final verse Rev. 22:21( verse 404 excluding chapter divisions) and works back to verse 1.

reads the words of this prophecy, and blessed are those who hear it and take
to heart what is written in it, because the time is near.

And if anyone takes
words away from this book of prophecy, God will take away from him his share
in the tree of life and in the holy city, which are described in this book.

churches in the province of Asia: Grace and peace to you from him who is, and
who was, and who is to come, and from the seven spirits before his throne,

I warn everyone who
hears the words of the prophecy of this book: If anyone adds anything to
them, God will add to him the plagues described in this book.

those who practice magic arts, the sexually immoral, the murderers, the

the voice that was speaking to me. And when I turned I saw seven golden
lampstands,

"Do not seal up the words of the prophecy of this book, because the time

was someone "like a son of man," dressed in a robe reaching down to
his feet and with a golden sash around his chest.
